Terms of sale.

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms apply to purchases from norrwild.com, operated by Alexander Boltersdorf, Triq Ir-Ratal 23, Flat 7, SWQ 2315 Swieqi, Malta (hello@norrwild.com). Ordering here means agreeing to them — so we've kept them short and in plain language.

1. Products and printing

Everything in the shop is printed on demand: production starts when your order is placed. Product images are mockups; minor variations in print placement and colour reproduction are part of on-demand printing and don't constitute defects. Fabric, fit and print details are stated on each product page.

2. Prices and payment

The price on the product page is the price you pay. Norrwild is a small business and is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order.

Payment is processed through Shopify's checkout with the payment methods shown there; your order is binding when you complete checkout, and our contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

3. Delivery

Orders are printed within 2–5 business days and then shipped; inside the EU, transit usually takes a further 2–7 business days. These are honest estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally take longer. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

We ship within the European Union only for now. If your country is not offered at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

4. Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you (or someone you name) take physical possession of the goods. If an order arrives in several parts, they run from the last part.

To exercise it, tell us within that window: an email to hello@norrwild.com saying you withdraw is enough, or you can use the form below. Then send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment.

You may handle and try on what you ordered as you would in a shop. If you go beyond that and the piece loses value as a result, we may deduct that loss from your refund. Trying something on does not cost you this right.

We refund the purchase price plus standard outbound shipping within 14 days of being told of your decision, using your original payment method, and at no charge to you. We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us or you show us they were sent, whichever comes first.

If you'd rather swap sizes than return, write to us first. An exchange is usually faster for you and simpler for everyone.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

5. Defective or incorrect items

Your statutory rights apply in full. Under EU law you have two years from delivery to raise a fault that was present when the goods were handed over, and nothing here shortens that.

In practice: if an order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email a photo to hello@norrwild.com. The sooner the better, since a photo taken on the day tells us most, but a later one is still a claim we will honour. We replace it at our cost and you won't need to send the faulty piece back.

6. Cabins

The cabins presented on this site are not sold or brokered by us. Bookings happen directly with each cabin's owner under the owner's own terms; we're not a party to those agreements and accept no commission or liability for them.

7. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, write to hello@norrwild.com first. One person reads that inbox and most things are settled there within a day or two.

If we cannot settle it between us, you are not out of options. Consumers in Malta can bring the matter to the Office for Consumer Affairs within the MCCAA, which acts as the residual dispute resolution body where no sector body exists, and from there to the Consumer Claims Tribunal. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre, which handles cross-border complaints free of charge. We are not signed up to any particular arbitration board, and using these routes costs you nothing and takes nothing away from your right to go to court.

Maltese law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
