Dispute resolution

We are not signed up to any consumer arbitration board. Write to hello@norrwild.com first, because that is the fastest way to settle anything, and one person reads it.

If we cannot settle it directly: consumers in Malta can go to the Office for Consumer Affairs within the MCCAA and, failing agreement, to the Consumer Claims Tribunal. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can contact their national European Consumer Centre for cross-border complaints. Neither route costs you anything, and neither affects your right to go to court.
